Pork and traditional cold cuts

Fed with natural raw material (e.g. chestnuts) our local pigs have a particular taste, completely different from intensively bred animals.

Our “salame” has a unique flavour, thanks to the pigs’ diet and the aging in our cellars. You can taste it in our restaurant or buy it and take it directly at home.
